I love lamp

I love my fish lamp. It’s exactly what I thought it would be and it makes me happy just looking at it.

Everything I wanted

This lamp is so cool, hangs from the ceiling in the corner of my room and my friends love it every time they come over. I wish it had a customizable party mode, but that would require a remote or a phone app and I honestly really enjoy the design of the switch and dial- plus there are quite a few color options anyways!

These lights are such a cute addition to my home. It adds dimension to my home design. Installation was easy (about a 10 minute Taskrabbit job) lol! Good quality, love the settings. Excited to see what they create next.

the coolest lamp

I get so many compliments on this. it is such a cool piece for any room, works perfectly and shipping was super fast. from the simplicity of the switch and dial you use to control colors/intensity/party functions, to the adorable guppy adoption paperwork and the funny instruction manual, you can really tell that the people making these really care about the quality of their product and experience of the consumer.

so fun and quirky :~) statement piece of my living room. nothing more i want to do at the end of my day than turn on my fish!! i love seeing the lights change colors! the packaging is so cute, and the adoption paper was such a nice touch. i mounted the hanging lamp to my ceiling with the included hardware with no issues - didn't even use any toggle anchors and they seem pretty secure, fingers crossed lol

highLIGHT of my room

Had a lil snafu where the guppies did not light up when I received it but after dm'ing them on instagram, they were quick to troubleshoot and got them up and working! I love the different modes and different ways to customize. My schedule for them is to light up RGB style during the day, and perform their duties as a warm light at night. Would recommend!

Coolest lighting in my entire apartment

I stumbled upon this lamp on Pinterest randomly and impulse bought it and I'm so glad that I did. It's really well made and I love that you can see the circuit board. As an added bonus, the dial and switch are delightfully tactile. 10/10

Pleased to share that following their graduation, Waller High alumni Jill Stergeon, Jack Riptide and "Slimey Joe" Gills have settled in nicely to their new office job, where coworkers say they really light up a room. in other words, fish lamp lives in my office now and I love it, work and gaming alike are improved when you've got three fish in party mode hanging out with you. the floor stand was easy to set up and the instruction manual was really helpful (and also cool-looking)! spending my money on this was an excellent use of free will <3

Dorsal Twin

I love my little guppies and they are the perfect addition to my new apartment. I wasn't expecting the adoption certificate to be so details and I loved learning my guppies "form the bubble-pop band Dorsal Twin."

They showed up promptly, safely packed, and with an instruction sheet explaining the different modes with some really neat artwork. The little controller module is also really satisfying to use. My guppies are Coraline, Ray, and Finlene, according to their adoption sheet! I wrapped the cable around the top rung of an old ladder to lean against a wall, so I can move them around easily, and they can hang around looking awesome

such a fun and thought-out piece. its max brightness adds the perfect amount of ambient light to my living room. using a knob to control the dimness, color, and mode is such a convenient design choice, and the controller itself feels high quality and so satisfying to play with. adding in the sleek hardware was a nice finishing touch and made installation a breeze. i feel like i definitely got my money’s worth with this.

A swimmingly great addition

Love this fish lamp and how adjustable the lights are (with no need to connect to the Internet or to use an app). Finished the assembly in ~15min. Picture is in orange light color. Considering buying the table version for the bedroom.

Cool lamp but quality so-so

Very cool lamp! Knocked off two stars since the fish came with multiple scratch marks and the wooden lamp post that it came with has a very noticeable gaps at the front of the base. Like another post mentioned, the back of the post splintered. I expect better quality for $200+.

Wobbly, Shoddy woodworking

I really want to love this lamp, the fish are so cute and the electronics/controls work perfectly. The instructions are sweet and thoughtfully designed. However, I'm extremely disappointed in the craftsmanship of the wooden base. There are misaligned screw holes that cause the entire lamp to be wobbly, the plywood is splitting on the end, and the wood on the very bottom is unsanded and splintery. Because of this I have to be very careful that nothing knocks into it or else the whole thing will tumble down. It's kinda unsafe. Also the very bottom of the wire lost its cap in shipping and I had to fish it out from the bottom of the box (pun intended), but that was simple to fix with some superglue. If you want to buy this lamp, get it without the base and save your money.

Well made, and filled with fun and whimsey. Definitely a conversation piece. Fits in well with our home.

Really great experience! My guppies shipped out almost immediately and in great condition! When I found that the mounting hardware for my hanging guppies was missing, less than 12 hours after emailing y’all responded and shipped out the missing hardware. Thank you so much!! The guppies are amazing and look perfect. I gave the table guppy to my mom for her birthday and she is in love with it!

The lamp of my dreams!

I love my new lamp! I splurged for the lamp stand with the three guppies and could not possibly be more in love with it. Favorite mode is party mode. My family is so obsessed with it that I ended up buying a hanging one for my nephew. Excellent visual sensory tool. Also, stellar customer service. I got one of the older models that had something missing and they ended up sending me a newer model - then forgot to send the bolts, promptly expedited them, and surprised me with a small gift for being patient. Are you kidding me? In this economy?! Gem of a company, gem of a product, 1,000 stars.

Looooooove my three new buddies

I’ve been trying to figure out my home style and eventually realized loved whimsy and eclectic pieces for my home and this checked all the boxes. Installation was so easy and includes pieces to help hang these guys but I rent and was able to hang it on an existing curtain hook. Operating the lamps is intuitive to operate but the instruction were so cute and also very clear. I love my three guppies. This purchase was worth every penny!

First off, the lamp is beautiful. It is easy to assemble and the instructions are easy to follow (and even the instructions are beautiful). The customer service is amazing, I messed up my mailing address and they got back to me the next day and fixed it immediately. The shipping was fast. Overall amazing experience and product!

I am absolutely in LOVE with how this lamp looks! I have been looking for something like this for a very long time, and I love the color & lighting options that come with it! It was very easy to put together, and I love that there is a cutout at the bottom of the base to hide the extra cords under. It looks perfect next to my fish bowl (with mostly guppies inside), so it is very fitting! :D

I got 2 hanging lamps, one for my house and another to add more fun lighting to my studio space in Nashville! They’re perfect!!! The gift of guppies!

We purchased a hanging guppy trio as a Christmas gift for a much loved daughter-in-law and when she opened the box I fell in love with these fishy critters! I'm very excited to see the guppies up and installed and in their glowing glory. In fact, I am going to strongly hint to my husband for the single fish table lamp as a Valentine's Day gift. (Fish are better for you than chocolates!)

A best guppies that exist in the world ever in the history of time

When I adopted these three guppies I didn’t know how my life would change. I’d always considered being a fish mom but I hadn’t pulled the plug. Adoption isn’t an easy decision after all. But alas, the vibes were right and rich in guppy goodness. The day my guppies swam all the way to north campus was the day my life got fixed for good. They arrived carefully snuggling in a box on my porch and we immediately hung them up in their forever home. They were not only the cutest addition to my front yard but also every problem in my life just spontaneously went out the window because what they don’t tell you, is that these guppies are lowkey magic and you’ll be changed for the better after the adoption process. Thank you guppies for your generation addition to my lighting and for being the best fish that a girl could ever hope for. All hail guppy. Merry fishmas from 37th 🎄🐠

I was surprised that such a cool piece was so affordable! I’m actually truly obsessed with this lamp and beyond that fact that it’s just plain cool, it also gives off the perfect ambient lighting for my dungeon of an apartment! The product arrived securely packaged and installing it was super easy! It’s also super easy to adjust how low or high it hangs! Overall I consider myself lucky to own such a cool piece of art with a fun story behind it!

Adorable

I love my guppy (her name is Felicity according to her adoption certificate). She arrived promptly all the way to Alaska and sits nicely on my desk next all my other fish-themed nonsense (I study fish for a living). The different colors are super fun, and I love the level of adjustment possible to the tone, color, brightness etc. If I were to give any feedback, it would be that she could be a little more neatly finished - her transparent sides meet rather imperfectly, she does have a few scratches and scrapes, and there were messy little plastic tags along her seams that I spent a bit of time scrapping off to neaten her up. Her adorable little 3D printed hats unfortunately also didn't fit. But I understand I am adopting not shopping, I love her regardless, and I may yet buy her a friend.

I got the desk version after the Creek Show and I couldn’t be happier with it! High quality materials, thoughtful execution, great colors, and super cute adoption papers. Dan and Bruce were super helpful when I had questions. So excited to see where my guppy’s new career takes him after graduation!

Charming ass lamp

Holy moly this is the coolest item in my home. Originally I thought the fish might look child like - if still awesome. It’s actually just awesome. The different light functions are so cool. The colors are gorgeous. I set it up in my office at work (a very corporate situation) and it makes me and my colleagues happy constantly. Thank you Polis!! This thing is awesome.

Love those fishies!

We loved the Creek Show installation, charmed even. So ordering our own fish was a welcome opportunity. Well, somehow I ended up ordering three. One for home, one for office and one for our son in California (a surprise to him). This means a number of folks have seen the fish and fallen in love with them. They work reliably, and have enough adjustments available to customize your fish experience. The creators are cool guys, too. I am so glad we bought three.
